Rental process

Three steps from booking to the keys

No counter queues and no add-ons you did not ask for. Pick a class, collect the car at a named point in your city, and bring it back the way you received it.

  1. Choose a class

    Compact, sedan, SUV or van. We rent by class with an example model or similar, so your booking stays usable if the exact unit is already on a trip. Compare seats, transmission and fuel on the fleet classes page.

  2. Collect at a city point

    Show your licence and confirm the deposit hold at a named spot: Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station, Lviv-Holovnyi or Odesa-Holovna, or a branch near Podil. Handover takes about fifteen minutes and includes a walk-around with photos.

  3. Return with matched fuel

    Bring the car back to the same point with the fuel level you started with. Any difference is charged separately at the posted rate, and your deposit hold is released within three to five banking days.

Drivers need a licence held for at least two years and a deposit hold of 4,000 UAH for compact and sedan, 7,000 UAH for SUV and van. Deposit and excess figures are listed in full with the rate card.

Three stations, three cities, one honest local tip each

Every handover happens at a named station address. Here is what our drivers in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa want you to know before you pull out of the lot.

Kyiv

Pickup: Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station, Vokzalna Sq.

The main station lot is the quickest handover point in the city, minutes from the ring road, with returns accepted until 22:00. Central Kyiv traffic peaks twice a day, so a morning pickup usually means the ring road rather than Khreshchatyk.

Local driver tip

"Do not hunt for street parking in Podil after 17:00. Leave the car at the station and take the metro two stops to Kontraktova Square."

Lviv

Pickup: Lviv-Holovnyi station, Dvirtseva Sq.

The station forecourt is the only place we hand over same-day keys in Lviv. The old town is walkable, so most renters leave the car parked and drive out towards the Carpathians later in the stay.

Local driver tip

"Cobbles near Rynok Square are hard on tyres. Park by the station and walk in, or circle the ring road instead."

Odesa

Pickup: Odesa-Holovna station, Pryvokzalna Sq.

Coastal streets fill up from June, and the one-way grid near Deribasivska shifts on summer weekends. Returns are checked at the station lot, including fuel level and odometer reading.

Local driver tip

"Lanzheron parking is full by ten in the morning in July. Use the lot by Shevchenko Park and walk down to the beach."

Third rental this year, all Economy class. I collect at Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi roughly twenty minutes after the train pulls in, and the walk-around at handover takes about five minutes. The step I rely on most is the booking request: I send it late at night and the confirmation with a plate number is in my inbox before breakfast.
